This was my first purchase from yourselves,
I simply googled Heat pad for a mirror and your company came up.
I rang and spoke to a very helpful member of the sales team with my request for a Demister pad for a bespoke mirror I had designed for my customers wetroom!
The member of the sales team went through different sizes to suit my requirements and we managed to come up with a perfect size!
The delivery was first class, l was sent a text regarding my time and date and ETA which was exactly what they said!
Also the price of this demister pad was very reasonable!

Have wasted £400 on a mirror and heater that now need to be replaced due to no instructions being supplied.

No instructions, left with an irreversible problem so cannot use heater!!!!

I purchased a mirror heater for use in zone 1
There were no instructions supplied. The heater was fixed to a foil backed mirror.
When connected a slight "tingle" was felt around the edge.
I called your company and was advised that the foil should have been earthed as an induced current can occur!!!!
Now in the very unsatisfactory position of having a mirror fitted in a fully tiled bathroom which cannot now be accessed from the rear to connect an earth cable.
Not at all impressed and have wasted a lot of money, thanks.

Any hard wired appliance that we provide should be installed by a competent person, in compliance with BS7671 (seventeenth edition) in particular regulation 701.415.2. (generally this would be an electrical engineer) especially as this install is in a high risk area (Zone 1). With ref to the missing instructions, we endeavor to ensure all products are received with full fitting instructions, in the event the instructions are not present, all fitting instructions are available from our website or alternatively our technical department who are available to assist during normal working hours, if the installation process of any of our products is ever in question our technical department are available to run through any installation questions you may have.
