Efficiency
The Lugo’s highly accurate thermostat, accurate to within a fourth of a degree, ensures the temperature is maintained at the comfortably desired setting. The thermal oil is able to efficiently retain and emit heat, quickly fluctuating between settings with control and stability.
Eco mode keeps energy usage at a minimum, and Open window detection reduces energy wastage when the ambient temperature drops. The Lugo’s sensors will constantly monitor the conservatory and change the radiator’s output appropriately to suit the needs of the room, improving efficiency and performance.
Functionality
The Lugo is easy to operate with its 24/7 programming control and 3 working modes: Anti-frost, Eco and Comfort. The programs are visible and accessible via the Lugo’s inbuilt bright blue screen, displaying the consumption indicator and target temperature. The advanced energy saving technology can be manipulated to suit your day-to-day schedule.
The optional infrared remote offers greater control, its memory lock function and pre-programmed keys provide easy access to your customised settings, all displayed on its clear LCD screen. Excellent, apart from the wrong mounting template. Massively frustrating.
Good except for the mounting problem, just when I thought the job was done!
Very good service. Telephone ordering very good. Delivery excellent. Heater very good.
One problem, The mounting bracket hole positioning template was wrong. It appeared to be for a different Model radiator.The left and right top bracket holes were about 1cm out. Also the bottom bracket template was for a three hole bracket, that is not for the 2 hole profile for the bottom bracket supplied. I only found out after the holes were drilled and the brackets fitted and the radiator was was being lifted onto the brackets.

looks good but control buttons would not work this was changed for a second heater but this was just the same.
service excellent.
heater shops service was excellent unfortunately the heater chosen by ourselves was not,neither was the second one but we had no problem in getting them changed.

As described, perfect for the Conservatory, can’t comment on the economy side yet as we have not had it that long and it’s not been that cold. But so far so good.
