Invaluable Help.
The Heater Shop is very knowledgeable about its products, I was installing an infra- red radiator in a particularly cold bathroom and they supplied the information I couldn't find on G***le. I went back to them a week later and purchased two 'Havana' patio heaters which we are very happy with. Their prices are competitive but their knowledge, pricelass.

I was going to buy a cheap patio heater thinking 'a heater is a heater' but then started to do some research and realised the type of element, reflector design etc make a huge difference, as does buying from a specialist company to ensure spares are available.
I was very impressed with this unit, it really kicks out some heat and I bought a second one straight away as the price was so good. It's a bit of an overkill to have two but it gives us flexibility and redundnacy should one fail and we wait for spares.
My only comment would be that it would have been nice to have 2 settings (1kW & 2kW) and whilst it's called low glare, it's brighter than I was expecting. If you want true low glare then their sunset range warm glow would be the best choice but a bit out of my budget range.
Definitely worth spending a bit extra on a proper unit with proper design, support & spares.

Adds additional 'radiant' warmth to our hard-to-get-warm (on cold days) garden room where we sit and eat.
Easy ordering, quick delivery, great product
Ordered a Herschel Havana 800 patio heater from the Heater Shop. It was recommended by Herschel themselves but out of stock for a while. The Heater Shop had it in stock, at the same decent price. Delivery was quick, good communication. Heater works a treat for local extra warmth in our hard-to-heat 'garden room' where we sit and eat.
