Look and Feel
The Agilia IO Smart is a discreet Wi-Fi radiator which is suitable for both the home or the office. It comes in a matt white colour and features a stylish slim body. It operates quietly and can be used in various applications.
This model features a dual heating element which gives you precise room temperatures. The Agilia IO’s method of heating is a stain-free process as well as being noiseless.
The IO Smart is an intelligent unit which is able to link with the Atlantic Wi-Fi gate-way which allows the functions to be controlled remotely via a smart device with access to the Atlantic app.
Efficiency
The Smart Pilot feature will learn the needs of the owner by using movement sensors and light sensors which are able to detect presence in the room and then adjust the settings for a more efficient system. This, as well as Open window detection, enables the heater to be more energy efficient.
The model can be enhanced with the Atlantic Wi-Fi gate-way, the Bridge Cozytouch. Using the Cozytouch improves comfort and efficiency by making your home more intelligent. It lets the user monitor their energy usage even when out of the house.
Functionality
The IO Smart is able to connect to a Wi-Fi router and linked to a smart device. The temperature range can be pre-set through the Atlantic app which involves tailor-made timers and the various active modes. Atlantic Agilia IO has a range of modes including Comfort, Eco and Frost-free which protects the unit from damage. The energy usage data and active modes are shown on the device as well as the onboard LCD control panel. It is designed to be easy to use and buttons easy to navigate.

Took a while to work out but the online video helps. Small and neat. Be warned it comes with a EU plug, but has a USB option. I bought an adapter.

Expensive addition which was not clear I needed.
Customer service experience
I was very pleased with the service and speed of delivery.
I was however disappointed to find I needed an additional devise to connect the radiator to my WiFi. The web site was not at all clear and referred to Cozytouch as the devise and the software needed to run it. Using the same name does not help. I did receive an apology from your help desk who was very helpful. I received the Cosytouch device the next day having spent another £85. The radiator cost me a lot more than anticipated which spoiled an otherwise excellent experience

works well so far but i know other cozy touch clients have been disappoint, down load the app reviews
Speak with someone before you order dont call the PREMIUM NUMBER
Disappointed that the heater we ordered needs a WiFi hub. Wasn't clear at point of "search" that needed a hub and took three months of communication between supplier and manufacturer and supplier to find this out.
Last point of contact was fantasic and really knew his stuff and looked after us well.I would just advise GET THEM to call you, their customer services use a PREMIUM NUMBER which leaves a sour taste at the end of the transaction.
