Fast delivery and really great price! Heats my medium sized rooms no problem. Feels good quality for the price and as I was on a budget and my dimplex 1000w heater which I thought was great, broke and I was alittle hesitant about other brands...can't fault this and is double the wattage which tbh don't need after 15 mins of been on can turn down to 1000w.

Don't know - never got it
Heater never arrived. Phoned up to ask for follow up, they said they'd call
Send my mum the heater I purchased for her.
