Expensive radiators (this was my second purchase) but they work brilliantly and are really easy to control via the Haverland mobile app.

Had an absolute nightmare with this product. Should have read the app reviews before buying. It does not work with modern high speed dual band wifi (which is not stated in the description) and trying to connect it puts it in a limbo state where the radiator thinks it is connected but app can’t find it. Tried splitting my network and no success either- you can’t even use the basic offline programming as you can’t set the time. Haverland technical support is the worst I have experienced. Buy a non smart model or a different brand!
Please accept our apologies that you have struggled to set the heater up. If you are still having any issues, do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily guide you through the set up over the phone and ascertain if there are any issues pairing it with the Wi-Fi.
Great Customer Service- avoid product!
I initially had a bad experience with a product that was not working. After my first couple of attempts to solve this I had little response and was going to leave a bad review. Then on the third try the customer service manager got in touch, apologised about a miscommunication and resolved the issue extremely well and efficiently. FYI Be careful with buying Haverland smart radiators, their app is terrible and only works with certain network types.

Working well - so far so good. Not yet mounted on the wall as I wanted to check functionality, heat output and WiFi connectivity. Looks modern and material quality very pleasing.

Love these radiator's. Installed in a holiday lodge and have complete control. Easy to install and setup, and the Haverland app is easy to use.
