The Palaos vertical radiators are perfect for rooms where there is a lack of space, as they are able to produce a great heat output without sacrificing too much wall space. Haven't yet mastered the control panel!! Instruction Booklet not very concise or clear.

Great product the radiator looks good and works well
Great radiator poor communication
I received a confirmation email for my purchase that said they would let me know about delivery date etc and that they would keep me informed every step of the way. That’s the last I heard from them!

I can see that you placed your order on the 1st June and it was dispatched on the 1st June. You were sent automated emails regarding the dispatch and delivery of your order, this email states the estimated delivery date was 6th June.
Unfortunately due to the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend, no couriers were delivering over this period therefore delivery was made Tuesday 7th.

Looks good but yet to be fitted
All good so far
Notwithstanding a delay between paying for the order and the product coming into stock when I was a little nervous when my order would be fulfilled, in the event the product has arrived to be fitted tomorrow. Until then I can say no more

bought from a great shop but product is poorly described. The instruction booklet does not tell how to actually set it up, does not show what to look for on the screen and does not say how to set timers etc.
