Electrorad Thermastore HHR Storage Heater - 2550W

The Electrorad Thermastore HHR is a High Heat Retention (HHR) storage heater, recognised by BRE on the SAP product database of HHR storage heaters. Up to 40% lower running costs than electric radiators and up to 20% lower running costs than standard storage heaters (Calculated using SAP 2012)

Requires Economy 7 or Economy 10 off peak tariff operating from a single rate switching meter. The meter should supply 24hr electricity to the heaters but switch to cheaper rate during the off peak tariff times.

The Electrorad High Heat Retention Thermastore storage heaters charge using cheap rate electricity and retain most of that stored heat for use when required. The overnight charge is controlled automatically, so the heater will only draw electricity during the charge period based on the property temperatures and programming for the following day. 

Room temperatures are maintained accurately using stored heat and controlled by its built in electronic thermostat. Fan assistance quietly helps to raise room temperatures rapidly when required. If stored heat is not sufficient on some days, the built in direct element will automatically be used by the intelligent controls to maintain the room temperature.
