This sometimes results in delayed payment process again I can only apologise for this. Be assured anti web fraud / web security for our customers is an absolute priority, and this stringent process unfortunately very occasionally creates minor delays. Good little heater, very easy to install with enough cable fitted
Only 1 of 2 items delivered due to error in dispatch however excellent customer support & communications rectified the issue, so can't fault the service
