It took some time to work out heater selection across a day. The instruction on Grab was not clear - indicated you had programmed heating (sun) at that stage 23:30

Our next-day delivery applies to all orders placed before 3pm, which I'm afraid meant that you order was not despatched until 08:09 then next morning (04/02/21) and delivered to you from Ipswich in Suffolk to Angus in Scotland on 05/02/21.
I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with the service that we offer, but we do offer our customers to pick up items at our warehouse themselves also if needed sooner.
