Love the heater although I found the programme’s a bit of a faff,needs a bit more tweaking.

Less than 24 hours after ordering heater, it arrived.Packaging was very damaged but goods inside were unscathed.

Think I was just unlucky with first one.... This was a warranty replacement as Dimplex couldn't find part to repair it. Poor response from Dimplex customer service.
Better price than local wholesalers and instant availability and delivery.
They have the stock, cheapest price I could find even with trade discount from wholesaler and it arrived at my door 24hrs after delivering.
