Responds to remote control for my sound bar which is annoying. Solenoid is a bit clunky at night.
Had a problem with one of the heaters they supplied 18 months after purchase. Gave them a call and they replaced it the following day, no questions asked. Fantastic service.
Thank you for the great review.
The Haverland Lodel's warranty gives you total piece of mind.

Seems to do the trick. Not sure about the benefit of the remote control as the heater locks itself after a few minutes. Can't seem to unlock it from the remote control and can not see what temperature it is set at from the remote control.
“Delivered on the day expected. Could track the driver. Well packed, took so much energy…”
Delivered on the day expected. Could track the driver. Well packed, took so much energy to get all the packing off I did not need the heater after that.
Thank you for taking the time to review us, we appreciate the feedback. Our packaging is to ensure that the heater does not get damaged during transit - ensuring that you get your heater on time without the need for returns.
If you require any assistance with using your remote control, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01473 276686.
