Excellent product - so good I bought a second one from this outlet. Dimplex should consider improving the packaging - no need for this heavy product to be damaged in transit.

Good product but how about quality control making sure the feet fits.
Could have been perfect but for the bolts
Excellent service and good product but the bolts provided to secure the feet were too short and needed to be replaced before it could be used.
