'Elnur G-Control Hub gives greater control of Elnur storage heaters'

I purchased the G-Control Gateway Hub to control 5 Elnur storage heaters.
I live in a rural area with interruptions to power supply; on average once per month. When the mains power is interrupted, 2 of the existing storage heaters reset to maximum input and one loses it's time settings.
I hoped that purchasing a G-Control Hub would overcome these issues.
I was initially disappointed with the first G-Control Hub as this wouldn't automatically reconnect when the power was interrupted. However, after discussion with the VERY helpful technical team at Elnur and receipt of a replacement Hub, the problem appears to have been solved.

'Delivery was atrocious'

Change their delivery service.
Also on returning damaged items the refund should be immediately.
On the plus side very polite on the telephone

'Website easy to use but need to be clearer about delivery process.'

I ordered my product online which was quite easy to do. I got an immediate confirmation email confirming payment. When I ordered it I opted for free next day delivery so I expected the heater to arrive the next day. What wasn’t very clear was that the next day delivery related to when the product was despatched and not the day ordered so it took two days for delivery. I had to arrange for someone to be at home to receive the delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your kind comments about the order placing process. We always aim to deliver the next working day however due to the time of year the couriers are very busy with deliveries. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

It’s heavy. You need two people to move the bricks and units into the house. Can’t fault the delivery firm. The driver left the pallet as close to the house as possible. Very good service. It took a while to set the heater up. The bricks fit very tightly into the unit. Wiring it up was easy, straightforward and clearly labelled. Instructions easy to follow. Please note that the heater takes a few days to get to full capacity as the bricks heat very slowly to start. Once up and running it works really well and keeps the room comfortably warm. Happy with it.

Working nice and well, looking slick as well. I hoped delivery included a remote control though?. In general very satisfied with the product.
