'Still wating'
still awaiting a reply to my request for a further fixing
Harmoni Ebro HS030B 300W White Electric Towel Rail
disapointed that the instructions were not clear. The template showed 4 fixings so 4 holes were drilled but later found only 3 fixings supplied. On contacting The Heater Shop was told only 3 fixings are supplied. As 4 holes had been drilled I asked if a further fixing could be supplied , I was told they would look into this request and call me back, no reply has been received!!!

'Bad experience'
Shoddy and in breach of distance selling law.
Creda Contour CEP150E - Panel Heater, 1500W
I was sent the wrong radiator initially due to a misrepresentive photo on the web page. Customer services wouldn't organise or pay for return even though I purchased correct radiator immediately. I don't think I'll be using this company again.

Great heater and fast delivery

Great heater and fast delivery . A nice option to select when you want to use the stored heat in the day . Only downside was I didn’t realise it needed daytime tariff electricity too . So a bigger job for my electrian (and more expensive for me ) but a good sized heater for my hallway.

Heater Shop were very efficient in taking order and arranging quick delivery of the radiator. They also had good knowledge about our needs for our house dimensions etc
