The buttons for temperature etc were very small, challenging my varifocal glasses, particularly at low height and no on/off switch. The 'blue' glow persisted all night. Sorry - Thx

I wanted radiator for bathroom, I'm not sure whether I explained this over telephone to Customer Services. Had it installed, only to discover it was not suitable, I Had taken out by same electrician, at cost and inconvenience, then purchased another manufacturer's towel rail. Gave radiator to another person, for dining room. Perhaps this information about radiators should be on web site, and made clear to callers! ..both Heater Shop and your!
