I can see that your towel radiator was ordered on 21st December and despatched in the afternoon. Unfortunately ordering so close to Christmas meant that your delivery was delayed by a day as couriers were already extremely busy and luckily delivered on Friday 23rd December just before the Christmas shut down.

This heater replaces a previous Rionte Towel rail that got damaged. Rointe's replacement parts were so expensive that I was left with no option but to purchase this new towel rail. I think this is the only disappointment I have with this experience. The Heater shop on the other hand have been excellent in dealing with and delivering promptly. They not Rointe are the reason I purchased this product. I like the products..I have several Rointe heaters in my home.. but their after service response leaves much to desired.

Built in processor that monitors room temperature adds to the efficiency of the item. Preset timer programs, two heat modes and 30min to 2hr boost mode make it very controllable. You will need to read the manual a few times to get full understanding of all the functions but then easy to operate.
Would buy from the Heater Shop again. Fast efficient service.
Communication good. Delivery on day expected by Parcelforce. Brand new boxed item.

excellent but expensive, you get what you pay for

i am very happy with the service i got from the company. they have an online calculater that works out what i need for each room. the product is very good and the postage is free and quick. the product is expensive but excellent and this company's price appears to be equal or cheaper than anyone else.
