The heater works but as previously stated Rointe are the worst company I have ever dealt with. The brackets initially sent broke and they kept lying about sending new ones until I called every day to make syure they did,
Heater shop are brilliant, Rointe are terrible to deal with
The heater shop were fantastic and even found a better deal for me and the electric towel rail was delivered the next day.
We had some issues with the brackets which all broke and had to deal direct with Rointe who were absolutely awful. I had to phone them every day to get them to send the replacement which took about two weeks for no reason apart from them being awful. Use the heatershop but DO NOT but Rointe products.
