Sleek for a large heater, controls easy to follow, fan-assistance good for extending range beyond our kitchen into hallway
Good management of expectations, came good on delivery promise
Response to my initial phone query was courteous and realistic over time-scales. I had an unexpected follow up call letting me know progress, the heater arrived on time and in good condition. I feared Covid / Brexit would result in long delays as the heater comes from abroad, and we had been without heat in our kitchen/ conservatory for a few weeks. It was so good knowing you are reliable.
