Looks and feels really well made. Not installed yet hence the 4 stars but the package for the price beats everything else I've seen.

Excellent service. Just what I was looking for. The heater wasn't in stock but I paid on back order and it arrived a week later.

Seems to be a very well made appliance.
I think they should advise making connections via flexible pipes as the heater has to be removed for regular maintenance.

Water heater was competitively priced, delivery charge very reasonable compared to other retailers. Arrived at the time promised and In good condition. Easy to fit and heats water quickly.

Great compact heater feeds kitchen and bathroom sink in business unit.
Excellent super fast service
