Good website, each item has good descriptions and pictures.

I’m still waiting for my order
Courier service not great
Because the first time the delivery was fast and the driver was very polite, I purchased again, but this time the experience is... As usual, I received an email to notify the delivery time, but after the delivery time, I still did not receiving my order, the courier company did not update me with any information!

Yep seems a good rad so far. I came home from work at 14:30 and it’s replaced the old one within an hour and is now programmed and working. Happy kids with warm bath towels and pyjamas to put on after bath

Excellent product. Template provided to mark fixing points which was useful. Still working out the control system.
Strange thing is that for a product that should be wired in it was provided with a fitted plug. Also this had a 13 amp fuse when the instructions tell you to protect the product with a 3 amp fuse!
Next day delivery as standard
They have an excellent range of products on their website. I ordered a heated towel rail on a Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered at 9am the next morning. This was standard delivery, no charge.
