The towel rail has not been installed yet but we like the idea of being able to control it remotely.
Excellent service.
Initially I had problems ordering on the website but on the second attempt got through to Liam who sorted my order. I ordered just before midday and the electric towel rail arrived the following day - excellent service!

This is my third smart radiator - the others were a disappointment.
What a pleasure to setup and use via the app. Full control remotely via phone app. App is intuitive and has all the functions I need.
The radiator (or towel rail) looks great, and radiates heat nicely into the room.
Get the job the done.
Reliable supply. Quickly gave me a delivery date, didn't let me down. No messing with this company, unlike so many companies now that you cannot contact or rely on.

Have previously bought two of these but in a bigger size. This one is for an en-suite. Like the fact that it is WiFi especially with the cost of electric.

Could not be more pleased
First time I have used this company and am very impressed with the service. It made a real change to go over item details with staff who actually knew their products. I have a modest size house with 17 electric Kalirell rads, two had recently failed and I tried Rointe D series from Heatershop. They were so helpful and the rads so good I followed up with an order for another 15 to replace my entire system. Again they extremely helpful and the products all arrived within a few days in excellent condition.
Very pleased and would highly recommend this company and the Rointe rads.
