Too early to comment on reliability. Installation straightforward but instructions could have included that, on replacement, the cover needs to be located at the bottom before hinging upwards.
Also the 1kW/2kW switch is unclear. I used the factory setting of 1kW so it wasn't a problem for me.

Great delivery

The site made making my choice easy and the price was slightly below that of opposition. The delivery was a day early - it was received within about 20 hours of ordering.

Very efficient little heater but needs to be kept clean at all times. Bathrooms tend to generate dust and fluff which accumulates on the heater

Bought to replace previous model that had lasted 15 years. New 30 minute cutout feature a nice improvement. Easy to fit.
