I made some research into electric radiators and Dimplex ticked all the boxes, including price. I have only used them for a week, but can say we are happy about our choice

Great service flawed by after sales

Excellent product and informative website, pre-delivery service was without fault. However, after delivery I raised what I thought was a valid point about some misleading information on the website. I received a curt and somewhat condescending response. Two stars deleted for that !
