Well packaged items to protect in transport, easy installation which I did myself as had existing fixed terminal connection sockets available. Really like the control panel as it has a number settings which you can use either the preset functions or modify and tailor to your individual requirements. Great product and would recommend.

Really excellent service, ordered my 3 heaters on the Wednesday and got delivered the next day. Also very good website in comparison to a few of their competitors.
