Dimplex XLE represents the new non-high heat retention standard for storage heating, raising the bar over conventional storage heaters.

XLE storage heaters offer dynamic storage calculation, adjusting the amount of energy that is stored to meet the user’s requirements without wastage. As a result, a greater amount of electricity can be saved with off-peak energy.

Users now have greater control over their heating with the built-in timer, allowing heating times and temperatures to be defined. Heat leakage, a common trait of conventional storage heaters, has also been greatly reduced allowing the room to be at a comfortable temperature in the morning and still have enough stored energy to heat on a night.

The XLE is a modern replacement for older storage heaters with a clean look and reliable performance.

Good heater..............

Customer service experience

Ordered two heaters, they sent me two, first heater I was sent an email detailing the charges I'd incur if not able to take delivery, then it came a day late. Apparently they're not liable for the costs I incurred by it being late....

We send out details prior to delivery to let our customers know when the delivery will be and that someone is expected to be at home to receive this. The re-delivery charge is explained as a re-delivery charge is too costly to absorb & we need to make sure that our customers are aware of this before we attempt delivery.
I apologise that your heaters were delivered a day late.
Unfortunately there are currently a lot of disruptions to deliveries nationwide and we are doing everything we can to make sure that we continuously update our customers wherever we can.
Couriers are working very hard to get deliveries to customers on time; however, with less than 2 weeks until Christmas; deliveries will regrettably be affected.

Very efficient, easy to operate and smart to look at. They were so easy to install

Faultless Service

Having made the mistake of ordering the wrong heaters, I contacted Heater Shop and the process of returning the wrong items and having the new order delivered at the same time as the original order was collected went without a hitch. I would like to highlight the work done by Sophie who arranged it all and made it appear so simple. The delivery driver from SW Group was so helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend the Heater Shop and will certainly use them again if I need heaters.
