Efficiency

The Elnur RF6E range of oil filled wall mounted electric radiators use EcoFluid technology, based on an optimum thermal inertia and heat transfer through an environmentally friendly fluid, with a neutral composition and high thermal stability. This range also uses an ECTO (Electronic Triac Control Optimiser) microprocessor which manages and restricts the flow of electricity to the heating elements based on your thermostat settings to control consumption.

Functionality

The Elnur offers a wide range of functionality such as open window detection, digital temperature selector and weekly/daily programmer. The range also feature a five-year memory backup so that if it’s disconnected, it will prevent loss of programming. The thermostat in this product is highly accurate with an accuracy of ± 0.1C which allows it to avoid large temperature fluctuations.

Instructions not good enough . Only 4 screws provided , brackets take 4 each.

Perform well and as expected. Programming was time consuming but as expected from other comment read. Would certainly buy thrse heaters again. Well priced

Fantastic service and a very positive experience. My only but very minor issue was the delivery was by general carrier who just dropped off a large pallet with the heater and left me to dispose of the plastic packaging and pallet.

Should be better than my first purchase ,owing to higher spec.

Missing

Deliivery was fine, however both heaters had only one set of screws for
the mounting brackets...obviously a packaging problem. Suppliers need you know what!

1st class build quality, well worth a punt!

A company pursuit of excellence!

Our experience from this trader was one of total confidence from beginning to end. As for the products purchased (Elnur radiators) we are most impressed by the standard of quality, both in manufacture and appearance, so will purchase again for future projects.
Where the Heat Shop really scored points was their after purchase follow ups to questions we asked (re delivery etc), their replies came back as fast as could be possible, in other words we were not forgotten once we had paid them, as so often happens with many merchants.
Would we purchase from them again? Definitely.
Would we recommend them to others? Definitely.
