Happy with product thanks

Pleased with product, but please use enviromentally friendly packaging!

I am very happy with the service, and the product, thank you. My one gripe was how much plastic packaging and bubble wrap there was. In this time where we are aware of the damage the plastic can do to sea life and the enviroment generally, can you not use bio-degradable or other enviromentally friendly packaging instead?

A great product, the only possible improvement that I would prefer, would be to be able to adjust and program the heating with a smart phone app.

I searched online for a heated towel rail, the Heater Shop had what I wanted and at the most competitive price including carriage, my order was delivered in good condition the day after I placed my order. What more could I ask?

Where can my bathroom towel radiator be positioned in the bathroom?

Your bathroom towel radiator installation will have to comply to the latest electrical regulations. Call us on 01473 276686 and we can advise you on the best position for heating and safety.

Why are the top bars of my heated towel rail cooler than the rest?

This is because the towel radiator creates a space allowing for expansion ensuring that the oil sits at the bottom of the radiator

Will a towel rail heat my bathroom?

An electric towel rail may heat your room but it really depends on the size and heat loss of that room. Why not contact us on 01473 276686 and we will calculate the correct heating appliance for your application.

Will a towel rail switch on and off automatically?

We have various towel rails within our range, some of which have time clocks and can be programmed to heat as required.

Will my oil filled towel radiator be expensive to run?

Good question! Your oil filled towel radiator can be adjusted to be as efficient as required, this will of course effect your heat output. If you call our technical department on 01473 276686 we will assist you in maximising your appliance efficiency.
