Rointe AIR CONTROL ACMI120

The AIR Control is a lightweight, intelligent and easy-to-use bi-directional remote control with two-way infrared communication.

It can send and receive commands quickly to and from your Rointe heating product for fast 24/7 programming. It is compatible with Rointe Kyros range (firmware version 0.04 or later), as well as Elba Oval electric towel rails. You can use one remote control with all the compatible heating products. With a transmission range of up to 3 m, you can lock your heating product remotely, delete and edit programming and display the effective power using wireless technology.

Excellent web site, excellent sales support and delivery but when there was a problem, they really could not cope with it and it ended up my having to ddeal directly with the manufacturer to find a solution

Haven't managed to get it to work yet - programmed but can't get it to transmit. Have used one before when heater was installed so waiting for installer to come & tell us if we're doing something wrong or whether there's a fault. I can't use the remote myself as symbols, buttons etc are too small; my partner has to do it & she struggles. These heaters & remotes are not suitable for anyone who does not have perfect sight.

Quick & efficient delivery - liked to be able to track delivery in real time & have accurate estimate of arrival tme. Deliverer fell at the last hurdle though as rang bell for me to let him into flats & then left parcel with house manager instead of coming to flat so I was left standing at door wondering where he had got to.

Yes, however the Rointe Delta is also WiFi compatible - meaning you can with easily connect your smart phone or tablet to the Delta radiators and towel rails to program via the free Rointe Connect app.
