The service was not good. They could not accept my credit card because they put down the wrong name! Also they have taken the £20 charge for the return of the mat twice!

thanks for your feedback. As far as I can see you unfortunately incorrectly ordered the wrong size mat online and then I understand there was a credit card issue with the product going to a different address? I would of course be happy to discuss this with you in greater detail.
