The electronic compact instantaneous water heater DHC-E reliably supplies one or more draw-off points. Up to the output limit, hot water always flows at precisely the required temperature. The electronic control ensures that the appliance output adjusts automatically subject to the temperature of the water supply and the selected domestic hot water temperature.

The domestic hot water temperature is variably adjustable. The tubular heater system with pressure-tested copper casing is suitable for soft water areas.

Purchase was fine but delivery was slow

The buying process was fine but delivery was slow from DX delivery. They cancelled 2 delivery dates before delivering a week later.

An efficient and easy to install unit with all the safety features required, easy to use with straight forward instructions, a good alternative to a conventional boiler for a small property with the added money saving from not having to wait for it to heat up. Great value

customer service was very helpful in my choice of unit, and product was every bit as good as described on web site, delivery was very quick, I would definitely use the heater shop again

Easy to install and seems to work well so far. Water is hot at the tap end which is a good thing.

Not a good as I thought it would be , but I only need it for two sinks
No sure how it would run a shower as the flow is very slow at
