Purchase was fine but delivery was slow
Slow delivery
The buying process was fine but delivery was slow from DX delivery. They cancelled 2 delivery dates before delivering a week later.

Hot Water Hurrah!
Good suport from technical support and customer service. Prompt delivery. good product, rather more expencive that the old one that I was replacing but maybe it will last three times a long.

An efficient and easy to install unit with all the safety features required, easy to use with straight forward instructions, a good alternative to a conventional boiler for a small property with the added money saving from not having to wait for it to heat up. Great value
Super quick delivery and excellent customer service
customer service was very helpful in my choice of unit, and product was every bit as good as described on web site, delivery was very quick, I would definitely use the heater shop again

Easy to install and seems to work well so far. Water is hot at the tap end which is a good thing.

Not a good as I thought it would be , but I only need it for two sinks
