Nice remote, bit limited what it can do, Instructions could be a little better, overall we are pleased with the unit.

Heater shop have been very efficient in handling my order, processing, communication.

I thought this expensive remote would make it easier for me (a partially sighted customer) to program my very complicated Rointe Kyros heater.
No such luck and a complete waste of money and invested time!
