It does what I wanted doing

As I spoke to the salesman on the phone I said what I was after.....he was attentive listening to my requirements.

Good heater once a faulty unit was replaced. Usual mystery tour to work out the programming, although factory settings are OK.

Excellent service from this company. From my first enquiry about an appropriate heater, where they made a recommendation about an alternative, to solving a problem, the response was quick, informative and friendly. The first heater they supplied was faulty. Technical support talked through the issues and recommend a replacement. That came within a day. Telephone calls we're answered quickly - a bonus these days!!

It works and heats up quick. Settings seem a little complicated, maybe lost in translation a little. Not had cold enough wether to use properly yet, but so far, so good.
